Introducing the Pioneer Progress Program, an initiative dedicated to empowering Black-owned businesses to achieve sustainable success. We are on a mission to close the wealth gap by providing crucial support to early-stage businesses, helping them overcome challenges, and positioning them for long-term growth.

This 6-week intensive workshop series will equip SEDI-owned businesses with the tools and knowledge they need to effectively attract customers and drive sales during the holiday season.

ABOUT THE PIONEER PROGRESS PROGRAM

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN​

  • Understand digital marketing basics and create a foundational marketing plan.

  • Develop a social media content calendar and learn audience engagement strategies.

  • Enhance your website to improve user experience and boost conversions.

  • Design and schedule an effective email campaign to drive holiday sales.

  • Finalize your holiday sales plans for maximum impact.

Black and SEDI-owned businesses are pivotal to the economic vitality of our communities, yet they often face systemic challenges that hinder their growth. By providing direct support through our live workshops and intentional action, we aim to break down these barriers and create pathways to success for the 2024 holiday season and beyond.

ELIGIBILITY FOR THIS 6-WEEK INTENSIVE

​We invited all Black and socially and economically disadvantaged individuals (SEDI) who have been in business for one year or more to apply. The curriculum for the Pioneer Progress Program is designed for those passionate about their work, ready to take their business to the next level, and have their best holiday season yet.
